Qualifications

• Good knowledge of design documentation and execution processes.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 45 years of experience in luxury and ultra-luxury residential or hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts aligned with luxury project standards
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD
• Create 3D models and presentations using SketchUp
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for execution
• Manage site visits and ensure design implementation as per drawings
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures suitable for high-end projects
• Prepare mood boards, presentations, and client proposals
• Ensure timelines and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Key Skills & Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in luxury / ultra-luxury interior design projects
