Job summary

Al-Huda School is seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept to completion. You will supervise teams, develop drawings, and coordinate with architects to deliver cohesive spaces that meet timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects.

Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead and execute residential and commercial interior projects from concept to completion. If you have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and leadership capability, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design concepts and oversee execution for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations in coordination with architects and consultants.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and ensure cohesive interior aesthetics.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and work schedules for interior works.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise draftsmen and site execution teams.
• Present design proposals to management/clients and incorporate feedback effectively.

Skill & Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, detailing, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects from concept to handover.
