Job summary

Modern Habitat is seeking a creative Interior Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience in residential and commercial projects. You will handle concept development through execution, creating 2D drawings, 3D renders, and mood boards while coordinating with clients and execution teams.

The role requires strong visualization, space planning, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Interior Design.
• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar software is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, lighting, and detailing.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial interior projects is preferred.

Responsibilities
