Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves leading interior design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, design development, and preparation of construction drawings. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into factory-made and on-site deliverables. Responsibilities include selecting FF\E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), preparing client presentations, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing installation quality. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, maintaining design standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings.
• Candidates should possess expertise in FF\E selection, specification, and coordination.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading residential or multi-unit interior projects, preferably in a factory-made or modular context.
• Strong project coordination, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
