Job summary

Interiorle Reimagined Spaces in Hyderabad is seeking a Junior Interior Designer to join our studio. You will support senior designers in developing concepts, mood boards, and space planning for residential and commercial projects.

Role includes creating drawings, coordinating FF&E with vendors, taking site measurements, attending meetings, and preparing basic presentations and documentation to ensure design quality on site. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in interior design or related field.
• Knowledge of architecture fundamentals and construction drawings, including local standards and detailing.
• Understanding of FF&E, including sourcing, specification, and coordination with vendors.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape) and basic presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva).
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Support senior designers in developing interior concepts and mood boards.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Interior Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Junior Interior Designer will support senior designers in developing interior concepts, preparing mood boards, and assisting with space planning for residential and commercial projects. The role involves creating and updating drawings, coordinating FF&E selections, and collaborating with vendors and contractors to ensure design intent is executed on site. The designer will participate in client meetings, help with measurements and site surveys, and prepare basic presentations and documentation. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining project files, tracking design changes, and contributing to the overall quality and consistency of design deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic layouts.
• Minimum Industry experience of 2 years in similar line of work.
• Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals and Construction Drawings, including familiarity with local building standards and detailing.
• Understanding of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), including sourcing, specification, and coordination with vendors.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or similar) and basic presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva).
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused mindset and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Ability to work office location in Hyderabad, conduct site visits, and coordinate with execution teams as required.
