Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, translating client needs into functional and aesthetic design solutions.
• Proficiency in Space Planning, ensuring optimal layouts for usability, safety, and visual appeal.
• Ability to produce and review detailed Construction Drawings, coordinating with execution teams and contractors.
• Experience in FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories aligned with project concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp tools).
• Strong time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading interior design projects, preferably in modular furniture or related industries.

Role Description
