Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer will lead design projects from concept to completion, translating client requirements into creative and functional interior solutions. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing space plans, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality execution. The role involves reviewing construction drawings, conducting site visits, and resolving design and execution issues in real time. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior team members, contribute to design standards, and support client presentations and approvals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.
• Knowledge of Architecture and construction processes, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience creating and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
• Expertise in FF&E selection, specification, and budgeting for residential, commercial, and co-working projects.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Strong project management, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
