Job summary

3D Spaces - AI Interiors is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to independently lead high-end residential and commercial projects, taking ownership of design and execution, and managing clients and teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other 3D tools, plus excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to reflect clients’ tastes and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects.
• Ownership, leadership mindset, and accountability for outcomes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other 3D visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to execution, ensuring premium design quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings aligned with client briefs and brand standards.
• Prepare and validate BOQs, manage budgets, and optimize costs without compromising design intent.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for on-site execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, timelines, and adherence to approved designs.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, design reviews, and manage feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, finishes, and innovative design practices.

About the Role
