Job summary

Livspace is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior design projects from concept to completion. The role focuses on creating turnkey homes with strong client management and design presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will manage space plans, detailed drawings, BoQs, and co-ordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in residential interior design.
• Experience delivering 10+ turnkey or full-home residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, MS PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, materials, civil works, lighting, and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end residential interior design projects from concept to final handover.
• Meet clients to understand lifestyle, preferences, and design requirements.
• Develop space plans, layouts, mood boards, 3D concepts, and design presentations.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, working drawings, and execution documents.
• Create BoQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and installation teams to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure high-quality design deliverables while managing timelines and budgets.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
• Support sales closures by presenting compelling design solutions and building trust.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and collaborate across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5years of experience in residential interior design.
• Experience delivering 10+ turnkey or full-home residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, materials, civil works, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and site execution.
• Experience in BoQ preparation, project coordination, and vendor management.
