Job summary

THE Art Studioz Enterprises in Bengaluru invites a dedicated interior designer to lead residential projects from brief to execution. You will translate client needs into space plans, layouts and detailed 3D renders with realistic materials and lighting, ensuring alignment with technical drawings and budgets.

Key requirements include a relevant degree and 2–5 years of residential design experience, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray and Photoshop.

• 2–5 years of residential interior design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design residential interiors from client brief and floor plans, including space planning, furniture layouts and design concepts.
• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D interior visualizations with realistic lighting, materials, textures and finishes.
• Develop complete interior concepts for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, foyers, study areas and storage solutions.
• Prepare accurate AutoCAD drawings including furniture layouts, dimensions, elevations, sections, ceiling/electrical layouts, kitchen, wardrobe and cabinetry details.
• Present concepts, layouts, 3D views and material options to clients; understand feedback and execute revisions within timelines.
• Select materials and finishes including plywood/boards, laminates, veneers, PU, acrylic, marble/stone, quartz, glass, metals, paints, wallpapers, flooring, fabrics, hardware and lighting.
• Ensure consistency between approved designs, 3D visualizations and technical drawings.
• Manage multiple projects, maintain organized design files and meet project deadlines.
• Deliver designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics, storage requirements and budget.

Role & Responsibilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential interior design.
• Strong knowledge of residential space planning, modular kitchens, wardrobes and cabinetry.
• Strong 3D visualization and photorealistic rendering skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, Canva or AI visualization tools is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes and design detailing.
• Good communication, client presentation and design revision skills.
• Ability to independently take a floor plan and client brief through space planning concept 3D visualization presentation revisions technical drawings.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential interiors and photorealistic 3D renders.
• Candidates from purely graphic design, animation, product modelling or general 3D backgrounds without interior-design experience will not be preferred.
