Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer will lead projects from concept to completion, including client briefings, design development, and on-site coordination in Indore. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating interior design concepts, developing layouts, leading space planning exercises, and preparing detailed construction and presentation drawings. The role involves selecting and specifying FF&E, coordinating with consultants and contractors, overseeing site execution, and ensuring that designs align with project budgets and timelines. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, participate in client meetings, and ensure design quality and consistency across projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.

Qualifications

• Strong interior design expertise, including concept development, material selection, and detailing (Interior Design, FF&E).
• Proficiency in space planning and layout design for residential and commercial projects (Space Planning).
• Solid understanding of architectural principles and integration of interior design with structure and services (Architecture).
• Ability to produce accurate and comprehensive construction and technical drawings, including coordination with site teams (Construction Drawings).
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in interior design, with demonstrated leadership on end-to-end projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and basic presentation tools.
• Strong communication, client-facing, and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple deadlines onsite.
