Rambhadeep Designs invites a full-time Interior Designer to join our Jodhpur studio. You will collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to develop interior concepts and layouts for diverse projects, ensuring design intent is maintained through execution.

You will manage finishes, materials, construction drawings, and FF&E coordination while creating mood boards and participating in site visits to ensure quality and alignment with our standards of innovation.

Qualifications

Role Description

The Interior Designer will work full time on-site at our studio in Jodhpur, collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior concepts, preparing layouts, and executing detailed space planning for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. The role involves creating construction drawings, selecting finishes and materials, coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution. The Interior Designer will participate in client meetings, prepare presentations and mood boards, and support site visits to monitor quality, resolve design issues, and align project outcomes with the firm's standards of innovation and design excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong interior design skills with experience in Interior Design and FF&E selection, including finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Proficiency in Space Planning, with the ability to optimize layouts for functionality, aesthetics, circulation, and user experience.
• Foundational understanding of Architecture and its integration with interior design concepts and building systems.
• Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and documentation for execution, coordination, and approvals.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Strong visual, conceptual, and creative thinking skills, with attention to detail and materiality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team and interact with clients and contractors professionally.
• Prior experience in an interior or architectural design studio and familiarity with local codes and construction practices is an advantage.
