Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District, responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion. This role involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed interior layouts, coordinating space planning, and overseeing the selection of finishes, fixtures, and furnishings in line with project requirements and brand standards. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate closely with architects, design teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate construction drawings, smooth execution on site, and adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks. Daily tasks include meeting clients, understanding their needs, preparing presentations, reviewing shop drawings, conducting site visits, and ensuring that all design elements are aligned with the vision and functional goals of the project. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in design processes and standards.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and FF&E, including concept development, material selection, and custom detailing.
• Strong skills in Space Planning and Architecture, with the ability to integrate aesthetics, functionality, and building constraints.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, with a solid understanding of technical standards and coordination with site teams.
