Job summary

Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from initial concept through completion in a full-time, hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, planning space layouts, preparing detailed construction drawings, and overseeing FF&E selection and coordination. The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients, conducting site visits, reviewing project progress, and ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained. The Senior Interior Designer will guide junior designers, manage project timelines and deliverables, and help refine internal design processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic layouts.
• Knowledge of Architecture principles related to interior projects and coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in FF&E selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and contractors.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
• Proven experience managing interior design projects and leading project teams.
• Strong communication, client presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
