Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Mumbai. The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, including developing design concepts, space plans, and material palettes aligned with client requirements and project constraints. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects and consultants, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, overseeing FF&E selection and specifications, and ensuring design quality and consistency. The role involves regular client interactions, site visits, and supervision of project execution to maintain design integrity, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically refined layouts.
• Proficiency in Architecture-related coordination and understanding of building systems to integrate interior solutions effectively.
• Experience preparing and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution on site.
• Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading interior projects, managing timelines, and coordinating with consultants and contractors.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential and commercial projects is highly preferred.
