Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify learning gaps and define outcomes
• Develop course structures, storyboards, and instructional strategies
• Create design documents including objectives, content outlines, storyboard and assessment plans

• Design quizzes, assignments, and feedback mechanisms to evaluate learner performance
• Utilize Articulate Storyline, Captivate, LMS platforms and analytics tools
• Manage timelines, resources, and documentation for design projects
• Leverage authoring tools to design engaging digital content
• Integrate multimedia, interactivity, gamification and scenario-based learning
• Explore AI-enabled learning, adaptive learning and performance support tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and clients to gather feedback
• Present design concepts confidently to stakeholders
• Manage expectations, timelines and scope changes
• Work with SMEs, designers, and trainers to ensure content accuracy
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and support staff training
• Be a strong team player and share best practices to improve Deliverables quality
• Work with project manager to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices in instructional design

5. Project Management

• Manage timelines, resources, and documentation for instructional design projects
• Leverage authoring tools (such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar) to design engaging digital content
• Integrate multimedia elements, interactivity, gamification, and scenario-based learning
• Explore and apply emerging trends such as AI-enabled learning, adaptive learning, and performance support tools

7. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and clients to understand requirements and gather feedback
• Present design concepts and solutions confidently to the stakeholders
• Manage expectations, timelines, and scope changes effectively
• Work with SMEs, graphic designers, and trainers to ensure content accuracy and delivery quality
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and support faculty/staff training
• Strong team player who actively shares knowledge and best practices to improve processes and elevate overall deliverable quality

9. Project Coordination

• Work closely with project manager to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices in instructional design

10. Quality Assurance & Accessibility

• Ensure content meets accessibility standards and undergoes regular updates for relevance and accuracy
• Strong grasp of instructional design theories and learning models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
• Excellent content structuring, writing, and storytelling skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
