Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead for an asset management client in India. You will own enterprise infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and data centre operations.

Responsibilities include DR readiness, patching and vulnerability remediation, audit and compliance documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive high availability and governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments, including Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and data centre operations.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Nutanix, Commvault/Veeam, VMware/Hyper‑V, SAN/NAS, patching, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Proven track record supporting large-scale, multi-location environments (250+ branches) with high availability and operational resilience requirements.
• Experience driving infrastructure projects, architecture initiatives, vendor governance, and technology lifecycle management.
• Well-versed in audit, compliance, access controls, backup governance, DR drills, and vulnerability management, with a strong focus on documentation and evidence management.
