Job summary

Sourcebae is seeking a Senior IT Technical Analyst – R&D to strengthen our Life Sciences IT stack in India. The role requires 5+ years in IT business applications for pharma/biotech and hands-on with Benchling, LIMS or ELN systems.

You will lead requirements gathering, analyze business processes, design solutions, support UAT and ensure CSV, change management, and compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT business applications for Life Sciences ( pharma/biotech ).
• Experience with Benchling, LIMS, ELN or SDMS.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Experience in solution design, UAT and application support.
• Familiarity with CSV, change management and compliance.
