We are looking forward for an ambitious and highly motivated Architect, with 2 to 3 years of experience with sound knowledge of Design in fast-track commercial projects.

The ideal candidate shall have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Architect located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural design, drafting, and project coordination under the guidance of senior architects. The role requires the candidate to collaborate with various stakeholders, ensure project timelines are met, and contribute to innovative design solutions while adhering to project requirements and standards.

Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced architectural software like Photoshop, Revit, Illustrator, SketchUp, and InDesign
• Development and detail of design, schematic and concept drawings
• Knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines/ By-Laws
• Knowledge of building codes, ability to research and incorporate into technical documents
• Strong creative and communication skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design with a strong understanding of design principles
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration related to design tools and applications
• Project Management skills, including the ability to organize, plan, and ensure timely project delivery
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Experience using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and design visualization tools is an advantage
