Job summary

Spectrum Pharmatech Consultant in Thane, Maharashtra, invites a Senior Architect to lead architectural design for industrial facilities. The ideal candidate holds a B.Arch and has 6–8 years of relevant experience, with strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.

You will prepare master plans, layout design, drawings and coordination with process, structural, HVAC, electrical and other disciplines, conduct site visits, review drawings and support project delivery with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in architecture for industrial facilities.
• B.Arch qualification as mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare master plans and architectural layouts for industrial facilities.
• Coordinate with Process, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Fire & PHE, Mechanical and other disciplines to ensure integrated design.

Job Description

• Preparation and development of Master Plans and architectural layouts for industrial facilities.
• Preparation of layout planning, faade design and interior planning as per project requirements.
• Preparation of concept, tender, submission and GFC architectural drawings and documents.
• Preparation and coordination of municipal/statutory submission drawings.
• Coordination with Process, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Fire & PHE, Mechanical and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design.
• Coordination with clients, consultants, vendors and site teams for resolution of architectural and technical issues.
• Review of drawings and incorporation of comments from clients and various disciplines.
• Assist in ensuring design deliverables are completed as per project schedules, quality requirements and applicable standards.
• Conduct site visits and provide architectural support during project execution, wherever required.
