Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking an HRMS Implementation professional to configure and deploy our HRMS for client needs, ensuring alignment with business processes and statutory obligations.

You will guide clients through go-live, perform configuration reviews, and provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting and data migration, staying updated on Indian labor laws.

This remote role requires night shift coordination and strong communication, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

About the role

As an HRMS Implementation professional at Keka, you'll configure and implement the HRMS based on client requirements, ensure alignment with business processes and statutory obligations, and support customers through configuration reviews, go-live, and post-implementation troubleshooting.

• Liaise with technical teams for system modifications when required.
• Stay updated on HRMS updates, new features, and compliance changes.
• Ensure data migration and reporting requirements are met effectively.
• Keep up to date with the latest compliance requirements under Indian labor laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory regulations.
• Ensure HRMS configurations adhere to legal requirements and business policies.
• Provide guidance to clients on compliance-related best practices.
