Job summary

Keka HR in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to lead people partnering for a growing business team. You will be the go-to person for leaders, managers, and employees, helping the business grow while keeping the employee experience strong in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on role requires collaborating across HR functions and delivering on onboarding, performance reviews, career progression, and retention initiatives to support a high-growth organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR experience in a HRBP / People Partner role, with B2B SaaS experience for Sales teams.
• Experience supporting 250–350+ employees.
• Strong stakeholder management and employee relations experience.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and people managers.
• Good understanding of talent management, performance and people analytics.
• Hands-on, approachable and comfortable with change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and managers on people priorities, performance, engagement and team matters.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on people-related queries and concerns.
• Manage employee relations, including grievances, performance concerns and sensitive employee matters.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, career discussions and development actions.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends around attrition, engagement, performance and retention.
• Conduct regular employee connects to understand team pulse and retention risks.
• Support onboarding, performance reviews, movements, promotions and exits.
• Work with Talent Acquisition, Rewards and People Operations to ensure smooth execution of people programs.
• Lead HR process improvement projects like onboarding, career progression, succession planning.

About Role

You’ll be the go-to person for leaders, managers, and employees, helping the business grow while keeping the employee experience strong. This is a hands‑on seat in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable moving between strategy and day‑to‑day execution.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with leaders and managers on people priorities, performance, engagement and team matters.

• Support key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance reviews, movements, promotions and exits.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Rewards and People Operations to ensure smooth execution of people programs.
• Worked on projects aligned towards HR Process improvements - Onboarding, Career Progression, succession planning etc.

What we’re looking for:
