Job summary

INFINX Healthcare in Pune, India, is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst with 6+ years of experience to lead client implementations of our SaaS platform.

You will collaborate with clients to define requirements, configure modules, and support UAT, while coordinating with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure successful go-lives and ongoing retention. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and willingness to work across overlapping time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience implementing SaaS products, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, and X12 standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work across overlapping time zones.
