Job summary

Infinx, a leading SaaS healthcare platform, seeks a Senior Implementation Analyst in Pune District, Maharashtra, India. This on-site role requires 6+ years of experience in deployments of SaaS products within healthcare or healthtech, with expertise in HL7, FHIR, and X12.

You will drive end-to-end implementations, configure modules, validate through UAT, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in implementations of SaaS products, preferably in healthcare or healthtech sectors.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards (HL7, FHIR, X12).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Willingness to work overlapping time zones.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation activities across lifecycle phases.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and ensure accurate system configurations and rule setups.
• Configure product modules based on client workflows and requirements.
• Validate configurations through UAT support and scenario testing and troubleshoot configuration issues during implementation and post go-live.
• Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, customer success, and support to drive smooth implementations.
• Identify and escape risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate status updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Foster strong client relationships to support retention and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.
