Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical projects, including discovery, scoping, planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Own customer-facing project conversations, including strategy sessions, status updates, risk management discussions, issue resolution, and executive-level stakeholder communication.
• Drive project scoping and strategy by translating customer needs into clear requirements, timelines, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, including timelines, dependencies, action items, escalations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to align on goals, priorities, assumptions, and implementation approach.
• Analyze and validate data to support project decisions, troubleshoot issues, and confirm successful delivery.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, validate, reconcile, and analyze data as needed.
• Develop Python scripts or utilities to streamline analysis, automate repetitive work, or support technical troubleshooting.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Resolve complex issues involving data discrepancies, workflow mismatches, integration challenges, or process breakdowns.
• Document project scope, requirements, decisions, risks, and outcomes.
• Work with engineering, product, operations, and client teams to unblock issues and ensure delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities while maintaining quality.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to scalable delivery methods.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers for technical decisions.
• Support onboarding or mentoring of teammates on process and best practices.
