Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Analyst to drive end-to-end implementation activities for enterprise SaaS healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare domain expertise, hands‑on experience implementing SaaS products, and the ability to work closely with clients, product teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute implementation activities across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and ensure accurate system configurations.
• Configure product modules based on client workflows and operational requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), scenario validation, and troubleshooting during implementation and post go-live phases.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure seamless implementations.
• Identify implementation risks, proactively resolve issues, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to customer retention and expansion opportunities.
• Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of healthcare SaaS solutions.
• Provide implementation guidance and best practices to customers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Healthcare SaaS implementations.
• Strong understanding of Healthcare IT systems and workflows.
• Experience working with EHR/EMR systems and clinical workflows.
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and X12.
• Experience managing client communication and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
