Job summary

LeadSquared is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Bengaluru to drive onboarding and deployment of LeadSquared platform for clients. You will understand client requirements, configure solutions, and ensure seamless delivery aligned with business objectives.

The role requires 2+ years in SaaS implementation or consulting, strong CRM/APIs knowledge, and excellent communication. Hybrid work options are available, with opportunities to collaborate across Sales, Product and Support teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or consulting.
• 2+ years experience in SaaS/CRM environment.
• Strong understanding of workflows, APIs, and system integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to CRM/ERP or automation tools is beneficial.
