Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and ensure accurate system configurations and rule setups
• Configure product modules based on client workflows and requirements
• Validate configurations through UAT support and scenario testing and troubleshoot configuration issues during implementation and post go‑live
• Work with cross‑functional teams including product, engineering, customer success, and support to drive smooth implementations
• Identify and escalate risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate status updates to stakeholders regularly
• Foster strong client relationships to support retention and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field
• Hands‑on experience in implementations of SaaS products, preferably in healthcare or healthtech sectors
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards (HL7, FHIR, X12)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
