Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior HSE Specialist to implement and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across corporate office facilities in Bengaluru. You will drive compliance with regulations, lead risk assessments, and coordinate safety initiatives to protect employees, visitors, and contractors.

You will oversee contractor safety, incident investigations, and emergency drills while promoting a strong safety culture and positive ESG outcomes across FM operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of HSE experience within Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Commercial Office Buildings, or Workplace Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE compliance programs across office facilities and workplace operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits.
• Manage contractor safety, permit-to-work processes, and high-risk activities.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety observations; implement corrective actions.
• Develop and coordinate emergency response plans, fire drills, and evacuation exercises.
• Ensure compliance with fire & life safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
• Deliver HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness campaigns.
• Monitor and report HSE metrics, audit findings, and corrective action status.
• Support sustainability initiatives, waste management, energy conservation, and ESG objectives.
• Maintain HSE documentation, statutory records, and compliance registers.
• Partner with FM operations, security, engineering, housekeeping, and client stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture.

Position Summary
