Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Health, Safety, Security & Environment Executive to lead EH&S efforts for the site. You will oversee compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, manage incidents, and train site vendors and teams to uphold client and JLL policies.

This role collaborates with the Facility Manager and Corporate EHS to implement programs, drive annual compliance signoffs, and continuously improve safety and environmental performance across the site.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S leadership for the site team and drive compliance programs.
• Coordinate implementation of EH&S initiatives at the Managed facility.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement controls.
• Manage incident reporting and response.
• Train vendors and site personnel on EH&S requirements.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager and Corporate EHS manager to ensure program implementation.
• Achieve annual compliance signoff.
• Foster constructive relations with clients and stakeholders.

What this job involves

• The position is expected to provide leadership on EH&S matters for the site team.
• The person is expected to lead implementation of the facility and focused programs on EH&S compliance at the Managed facility.
• To coordinator implementation of EH&S initiatives in the site.
• Drive the EH&S compliance programme in the managed facility.
• Ensure Client and JLLM EHS requirements are full implemented and complied with.
• Conduct Risk assessment and put controls
• Incident management.
• Train Vendors and the site team in implementing EHS requirements
• Coordinate with Facility Manger, Corporate EHS manager, ensure implementation of programs.
• Annual Compliance signoff.
• Conducts open, constructive and collaborative relations with the Clients, Jones Lang LaSalle personnel and relevant stakeholders

Key Performance Measurement

• Effective incident information sharing with stakeholders to enable timely preventive actions
• Increased client satisfaction from EH&S service delivery.
