Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Health, Safety, Security & Environment Executive to lead EH&S for the site, drive compliance programs, and coordinate with Corporate EHS. The role includes risk assessments, incident management and training vendors and site teams, with on-site responsibilities and 48 weekly hours.

The successful candidate will work with clients and stakeholders to ensure programs are implemented and maintained, enabling a safe and compliant

Qualifications

• Experience leading EH&S programs and compliance across facilities.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
• Ability to train vendors and site teams on EHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on EH&S matters for the site team.
• Lead implementation of EH&S programs at the managed facility.
• Coordinate EH&S initiatives and ensure compliance with Client and JLL policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement controls.
• Manage incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Train vendors and site staff on EHS requirements.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager and Corporate EHS to ensure program adoption.
• Achieve annual compliance sign-off with stakeholders.

What this job involves

• The position is expected to provide leadership on EH&S matters for the site team.
• The person is expected to lead implementation of the facility and focused programs on EH&S compliance at the Managed facility.
• To coordinator implementation of EH&S initiatives in the site.
• Drive the EH&S compliance programme in the managed facility.
• Ensure Client and JLLM EHS requirements are fully implemented and complied with.
• Conduct Risk assessment and put controls
• Incident management.
• Train Vendors and the site team in implementing EHS requirements
• Coordinate with Facility Manger, Corporate EHS manager, ensure implementation of programs.
• Annual Compliance signoff.
• Conduct open, constructive and collaborative relations with the Clients, Jones Lang LaSalle personnel and relevant stakeholders

• Effective incident information sharing with stakeholders to enable timely preventive actions
• Increased client satisfaction from EH&S service delivery.
