Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Health, Safety, Security & Environment Executive to lead EH&S at the site and drive compliance across programs. The role involves coordinating with the facility team and corporate EHS to ensure all requirements are met and risks are managed.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless incident management, risk assessment, and training of vendors and site staff, while maintaining strong client relations and adherence to overall EH&S

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership on EH&S matters for the site team.
• Lead implementation of the facility and focused programs on EH&S compliance at the Managed facility.
• Coordinate implementation of EH&S initiatives in the site.
• Drive the EH&S compliance programme in the managed facility.
• Ensure Client and JLLM EHS requirements are fully implemented and complied with.
• Conduct risk assessment and implement controls.
• Incident management.
• Train Vendors and the site team in EH&S requirements.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager and Corporate EHS manager to ensure program implementation.
• Annual Compliance sign-off.
• Maintain constructive relations with Clients, JLL personnel and stakeholders.

What this job involves

• The position is expected to provide leadership on EH&S matters for the site team.
• The person is expected to lead implementation of the facility and focused programs on EH&S compliance at the Managed facility.
• To coordinator implementation of EH&S initiatives in the site.
• Drive the EH&S compliance programme in the managed facility.
• Ensure Client and JLLM EHS requirements are full implemented and complied with.
• Conduct Risk assessment and put controls
• Incident management.
• Train Vendors and the site team in implementing EHS requirements
• Coordinate with Facility Manger, Corporate EHS manager, ensure implementation of programs.
• Annual Compliance signoff.
• Conducts open, constructive and collaborative relations with the Clients, Jones Lang LaSalle personnel and relevant stakeholders

Key Performance Measurement

• Effective incident information sharing with stakeholders to enable timely preventive actions
• Increased client satisfaction from EH&S service delivery.
