Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Senior Health, Safety, Security & Environment Executive to lead EH&S for the site and drive compliance programs on a 48-hour weekly schedule. On-site role with direct interaction with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will coordinate with the Facility Manager and Corporate EHS, conduct risk assessments, train teams, and ensure annual compliance sign-off in a dynamic real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S on-site for the facility.
• Drive implementation of facility EH&S programs and compliance.
• Coordinate EH&S initiatives at the site.
• Ensure client and JLLM EHS requirements are fully implemented and complied with.
• Conduct risk assessments and establish controls.
• Manage incidents.
• Train vendors and site team on EHS requirements.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager and Corporate EHS manager.
• Achieve annual compliance sign-off.
• Maintain constructive relations with clients and stakeholders.

What this job involves

• The position is expected to provide leadership on EH&S matters for the site team.
• The person is expected to lead implementation of the facility and focused programs on EH&S compliance at the Managed facility.
• To coordinator implementation of EH&S initiatives in the site.
• Drive the EH&S compliance programme in the managed facility.
• Ensure Client and JLLM EHS requirements are full implemented and complied with.
• Conduct Risk assessment and put controls
• Incident management.
• Train Vendors and the site team in implementing EHS requirements
• Coordinate with Facility Manger, Corporate EHS manager, ensure implementation of programs.
• Annual Compliance signoff.
• Conducts open, constructive and collaborative relations with the Clients, Jones Lang LaSalle personnel and relevant stakeholders

Key Performance Measurement

• Effective incident information sharing with stakeholders to enable timely preventive actions
• Increased client satisfaction from EH&S service delivery.
