Key Responsibilities

• Special Projects/Add‑on Deployments: partner with business to scope functional needs and propose system‑supported solutions outside of current scope
• Provide leadership to analysts and resources from the business engaged in expanding functionality within HROne
• Take ownership of deployment opportunities as project manager for mini‑implementations
• Lead preparation and delivery of reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
• Partner with Business Units to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into fully developed Workday reports
• Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports using Workday tools
• Create and maintain standardized real‑time dashboards displaying key metrics and insights for business leaders
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Support all business areas by researching and resolving application problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives
• Offer technical solutions to improve process efficiency and data integrity
• Implement improvements through design, configuration, testing, and launch
• Develop and enhance working knowledge through training, independent research, and testing to stay apprised of new Workday functionality and best practices
• Maintain data integrations between the Workday system and external/internal systems
• Facilitate mass uploads of data via EIB and maintain EIB configurations in Workday
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot existing data integrations, supporting HR, Benefits, and Talent Management
• Support Workday releases and ensure that all operational processes are captured and documented for end users
• Stay informed of new functionality and actively contribute to feature releases by reviewing system upgrades/releases to determine business impact, conducting regression testing, and making recommendations for future enhancements
• Implement, update, and maintain procedures and processes
• Participate/lead scheduled and ad‑hoc training to improve policy and process acumen
