Job summary

Tranzeal Incorporated is seeking a Senior Workday Business Analyst in Bangalore to support Global Talent & Tech Ops. The role focuses on Workday Recruit, HR analytics, and AI-driven reporting, with collaboration across HRIS/IT teams.

You will manage HR systems, analyze complex HR data, resolve tickets, and build dashboards while ensuring data quality and secure handling of sensitive information. Hybrid work model and cross-time-zone support are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR analytics experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday Recruit and Report Builder.
• Experience with Paradox, HiredScore, LinkedIn, and ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with API integrations is a plus.
• AI experience related to reporting/data analysis preferred.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing HR systems, analyzing complex HR data, resolving support tickets, and collaborating with HRIS/IT teams to improve recruiting operations and reporting capabilities. Experience with AI-driven reporting and HR applications like Paradox, HiredScore, LinkedIn, and ServiceNow is highly preferred.
