As an HRIS Analyst III, this professional will be responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and analysis of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with a primary focus on Workday. This role involves managing HR data, generating reports, and providing technical support to ensure the efficient operation of HR systems. They will lead HRIS-related projects and initiatives for system enhancements and upgrades, and act as subject matter experts across multiple Workday functional areas.
Work Mode: Remote Shift Timings: Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 3:30am IST Location: Mumbai -Remote
8-10 years of experience in HRIS analysis, support, or similar role. Proven ability to independently lead Workday functional areas end-to-end — including Recruiting and others — owning configuration, enhancements, and production support. (Mandatory) Experience with Workday report writing (advanced, matrix, composite), calculated fields, and EIB data loads (Mandatory) Must be available to work core Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours to support stakeholders and operations. In-depth knowledge of HR processes and practices. Proficiency in HRIS software, with hands-on Workday configuration expertise. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Workday Pro certification(s) in one or more modules. Familiarity with SOX controls, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and audit requirements.
