iConsultera Private Limited is seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. The role covers full-cycle recruitment for clinical, allied health, and non-clinical healthcare positions, collaborating with hiring managers to fill staffing needs and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

The candidate will source, screen, interview, and onboard talent, maintaining a robust pipeline while ensuring credentialing and regulatory compliance across states.

Formación

• 3+ years of core healthcare recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Recruit for healthcare positions such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), physicians, therapists, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, background screenings, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring policies and healthcare credentialing requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Represent the organization at career fairs, job expos, and networking events.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our on-site recruiting team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of healthcare positions, including clinical, allied health, and non-clinical roles.
