Job summary

ACL Digital seeks an experienced Senior Hardware & PCB Design Engineer to lead multi-layer PCB design and layout with strong Altium Designer and Cadence OrCAD expertise.

You will manage high-power density and high-frequency RF/digital stages, address fast switching noise, and enforce creepage/clearance safety while ensuring EMI/EMC compliance and high reliability across boards.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years hands-on experience in multi-layer PCB layout and schematic capture using Altium Designer and Cadence tools.
• Expertise in high-power GaN/SiC switching stages and thermal via design.
• Solid knowledge of Creepage & Clearance rules: IPC-2221, IEC 60664-1, IEC 62368-1.
• Deep understanding of EMI/EMC mitigation (CISPR 25/32, IEC 61000) and board-level noise control.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and layout of complex, multi-layer PCBs.
• Ensure high-power density and high-frequency RF/digital stage performance.
