Job summary

Nigasavi Solutions Llp is seeking an experienced PCB design engineer in Pune to lead schematics, layout and verification of high-speed multilayer boards. You will plan stack-ups, manage differential pairs, and ensure proper impedance, power, and EMI/ESD compliance throughout the design flow.

You will create library parts, footprints, and manufacturing drawings, coordinating with cross-functional teams and supporting prototype bring-up and debugging efforts to drive successful builds.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience with Altium Designer.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Familiarity with layer stack management and differential pair rules.
• Awareness of DFM/DFA/DFT processes during design.
• Ability to generate manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Schematic capture and PCB design using Altium Designer.

• Length matching and reference-plane management
• Power and ground-plane design
• EMI/EMC and ESD-conscious PCB layout
• PCB library and footprint creation
• DFM/DFA/DFT review
• Gerber, fabrication drawing, assembly drawing, BOM and manufacturing-file generation
• Coordination with hardware, mechanical, PCB fabrication and assembly teams
• Prototype bring-up and PCB-related troubleshooting
