Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional creative/design experience.
• Ability to turn briefs into strong visual concepts.
• Experience creating both digital and offline marketing materials.
• Comfort with static creatives and video/reel editing.
• Strong attention to alignment, colors, image quality and output.
• Ability to meet campaign timelines.
• Willingness to learn AI tools and design trends.

Responsibilities

• Create campaign concepts and visual directions for tour launches, seasonal promotions and brand campaigns.
• Design social media creatives, Meta/Google ad creatives, posters, carousels and digital banners.
• Edit reels, destination videos, promotional videos, testimonials and short-form content.
• Create brochures, tour PDFs, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Design offline materials including hoardings, banners, standees, flyers, pamphlets and event creatives.
• Adapt campaign creatives into multiple digital and print formats.
• Maintain a consistent and premium brand look across all communication.
• Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to convert briefs into effective visual communication.
• Bring new creative references, styles and ideas instead of depending only on existing templates.

Creative Designer Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office Grand Royal Tours is looking for an experienced Creative Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Salem. We are looking for someone who can do more than execute a given design. You should be able to understand a campaign, think of fresh visual ideas, develop concepts and turn them into high-quality creatives across digital, video and print. If you enjoy experimenting with ideas, building strong visual communication and creating work that people actually notice, we would like to see your portfolio.

What You Will Work On

• Create campaign concepts and visual directions for tour launches, seasonal promotions and brand campaigns

  • Typography, layouts and visual hierarchy

  • Current social media and creative trends

You Could Be a Great Fit If You

• Have atleast 3+ years of relevant professional creative/design experience
• Can independently turn a simple brief into a strong visual concept
• Have experience creating both digital and offline marketing materials
• Are comfortable handling both static creatives and video/reel editing
• Have strong attention to detail in alignment, spelling, colours, image quality and final output
• Can handle multiple requirements and work within campaign timelines
• Are open to feedback and capable of improving a concept through revisions
• Enjoy learning new design techniques, AI tools and creative trends

Preferred Experience

• Candidates who have previously worked with an established brand, advertising agency, creative studio, media company, travel, hospitality, retail or lifestyle brand will be preferred. Experience handling complete campaigns across social media + video + print + outdoor communication will be a strong advantage.

English communication is expected. Knowledge of Tamil and/or Kannada will be an added advantage.
