Job Summary

Client is seeking a highly creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer

skilled in ADOBE PHOTOSHOP & ILLUSTRATOR and COREL DRAW to develop visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, digital platforms, and branding initiatives and expertise in Motion Graphics and Video Editing to join our creative and content marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills and The ideal candidate will bring stories to life through visually engaging designs, animations, and video compositions that strengthen brand presence across digital platforms.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Content Marketing Team to translate concepts and briefs into engaging polished Creative poster design & videos that are optimized for different social platform.


• Create engaging designs for ads, social media, email campaigns, labels & collaterals


• Support performance marketing campaigns, designing ad variations for A/B testing.


• Work with marketing & sales teams to align visuals with campaign goals.


• Maintain brand consistency across platforms while adapting to trends.


• Contribute to brand strategy with innovative design concepts.


• Refine designs based on team feedback and campaign performance.


• (Good to have) Ability to Create short-form videos/motion graphics to boost engagement.


• Create high-quality designs for marketing materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, and digital assets.


• Work closely with creative teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and maximize business results.


• Capable of playing an active role in brainstorming and idea generation with senior members of the creative department to conceptualize world-class, innovative ideas that deliver successful solutions.


• Create product explainer videos, demos, tutorials, video infographics, etc. for our social media, YouTube channel and website.


• Edit raw video footage, stitch into a story line and add effects/graphics/elements/music to enhance motion graphics content, CC and produce final deliverable.


• Strong understanding of Hierarchy, Typography, Balance, Colour Use, and White Space.


• The ability to manage multiple design projects and perform under pressure.


• Have passion for motion design and storytelling.


• Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, techniques standards. & continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 years of graphic design experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Corel Draw. Also good in video editing and motion graphics design.


• Skills: Strong design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.


• Ability to produce high-quality video content tailored for digital platforms.


• Problem-solving attitude with willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Passion for creative design and storytelling through motion graphics.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.


• Software: Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar tools etc.).
