Job summary

Grow Value Properties in Chennai seeks a creative Graphic Designer to handle end-to-end graphic design for real estate marketing, social media posts, banners, brochures and branding materials.

The role requires proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva and video editing, with ability to work full-time in the office while collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Management teams to deliver timely, high-quality visuals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW / Canva is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is preferred.
• Good understanding of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
• Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete graphic design requirements of the company independently.
• Create attractive and professional social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, flyers and promotional materials.
• Develop property/project marketing creatives for real estate promotions, campaigns and advertisements.
• Create branding materials, company profiles, presentations, posters and marketing collaterals.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Management teams to understand design requirements.
• Convert concepts and ideas into visually appealing and creative designs.
• Edit and enhance images, photographs and marketing visuals as required.
• Create reels, video creatives, short promotional videos and basic motion graphics where required.
• Make design modifications based on feedback and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Manage multiple design requirements and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Design logos, illustrations, icons, and other visual assets using Adobe Illustrator.
• Edit and enhance photos and images using Adobe Photoshop.
• Create and edit promotional videos, reels, short-form content, and marketing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Create motion graphics, animated titles, logo animations, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
