Job summary

Faveo is seeking a passionate Google Ads/SEM Executive to plan, execute and optimise paid search campaigns to drive quality leads and maximise ROI in India. You will manage campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube, and collaborate with SEO, content and sales teams.

Responsibilities include keyword research, competitor analysis, daily budget monitoring, A/B testing, and generating weekly performance reports using GA4 and GTM.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience planning, executing and monitoring paid search campaigns.
• Ability to optimise campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.
• Proficient in analysing data and generating performance reports.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM and keyword research tools.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other SEO tools.
• Understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Google Ads Certification is preferred.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Software Product Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Google Ads / SEM.
• Freshers with Google Ads certification and hands-on project experience may also apply.
