Job summary

PlaySimple Games in Bengaluru seeks a skilled Game Designer to drive concept development through delivery, shaping game settings, rules, story flow and play modes. You will own design initiatives and collaborate across disciplines to turn ideas into polished experiences.

The role requires passion for games, strong storytelling, and proven ability to work with designers, product managers, artists, and engineers to ship mobile titles.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• 4-6 years of experience in game design with 2 shipped title on mobile
• Understanding of casual games
• Experience with game systems design and balancing for casual games
• Passion for video games, including mobile games
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Storytelling and narrative development skills
• Understanding of all processes involved in game production
• Strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of teamwork
