Job summary

PlaySimple Games in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Game Designer who can own the entire design cycle from concept to delivery. If you love crafting engaging game systems, balancing features, and leading a fast-paced team, this role will suit you.

You will work with designers, product, artists and engineers, drive live ops for multiple titles, mentor designers, and stay ahead of industry trends and AI tools to raise speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in gaming, with 2 successful titles built and scaled.
• Ability to take games from concept to live ops and lead the vision for the games.
• Responsible for all design-related duties and KPI’s for multiple games or a franchise.
• Lead benchmarking and prototyping initiatives across teams to identify new business opportunities and provide proof of concept.
• Experience hiring and mentoring game designers.
• Adept at using AI tools, aware of industry trends and identifying new opportunities for improving speed, efficiency and quality.
