Job summary

Amgo Games Private Limited is seeking a creative Game Designer / Level Designer to craft engaging Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, and Puzzle mobile experiences in Hyderabad. You will ideate concepts, balance gameplay, and drive delightful player onboarding.

The role requires 2–5 years of hands-on design experience, strong storytelling, and the ability to collaborate across art, tech, and product teams. On-site work and full-time commitment are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Game Designer / Level Designer.
• Experience in Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, and Puzzle mobile games.
• Knowledge of monetization, retention, and progression systems.
• Experience creating GDDs and level design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create unique game concepts and gameplay ideas inspired by market trends, movies, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends.
• Design engaging levels, missions, mechanics, reward systems, onboarding experiences, and gameplay flow.
• Create detailed Game Design Documents (GDD) covering gameplay, UI/UX, monetization, retention, level balancing, and progression systems.
• Develop immersive and addictive gameplay experiences for mobile players.
• Collaborate with developers, artists, and designers throughout the full game development cycle.
• Conduct playtesting sessions and improve gameplay quality based on feedback.
• Support and guide other Game Designers on ongoing and future projects.
