Job summary

Playsimple Games Private Limited in Bangalore is seeking a Game Designer to own from concept to delivery. You will design, balance and iterate on features for our casual mobile titles, collaborating with product managers, artists and engineers to craft engaging experiences.

The role demands strong storytelling, analytical thinking and the ability to drive design initiatives, with hands-on playtesting and documentation throughout the development cycle.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in game design with 2 shipped titles on mobile
• Understanding of casual games and game systems design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Storytelling and narrative development skills
• Excellent collaboration with designers, product managers, artists and engineers
• Experience organizing playtests and gathering feedback

Responsibilities

• Design, balance and analyse new and existing features for mobile games.
