Job summary

o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking professionals with hands-on experience implementing planning applications for the retail industry.

You will drive end-to-end delivery across blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live, collaborating with client teams to optimize merchandise planning, allocations, replenishment, and forecasting. Applicants should be proficient in SQL-based data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong leadership and stakeholder management to deliver value under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience implementing planning apps for retail
• Experience with Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Allocations, Replenishment, and Retail Forecasting
• End-to-end implementation lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live
• DB knowledge: SQL Server, MySQL; SQL/MDX/T-SQL knowledge desirable
• Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation
• Strong leadership and ability to manage customer expectations
• Ability to analyze large data sets and prioritize opportunities/risks
• Ability to simplify complexity
• Certifications in retail planning or TOGAF are a plus

What you’ll have…

• At least 2+ years of experience with implementing planning applications for Retail Industry is a MUST
• Hands on experience with implementing solutions for one or more key retail planning processes such as Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Allocations, Replenishment and Retail Forecasting
• Deep experience in end-to-end lifecycle of implementation; phases such as blueprinting, configuration, testing, go -live
• Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is desirable
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation
• Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.
• Patient listener with the ability clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure
• Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is key.
• Ability to simplify complexity
• Good to have certifications in retail planning, supply chain planning, TOGAF
