Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and forward-thinking Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team. This is a critical role that bridges the gap between robust backend architecture, modular frontend design, and seamless mobile deployment. The ideal candidate is not only procient in the modern .NET and JavaScript ecosystems but is an expert in Micro-Frontend (MFE) architectures, specically leveraging Module Federation to build scalable, distributed web applications and packaging them into native mobile experiences. Furthermore, we are looking for an engineer who is actively integrating AI-driven development (AIDLC) into their workow to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack & Micro-Frontend Development
   • Design and develop scalable end-to-end features using .NET for backend services and Angular and React for frontend experiences.
   • Architect and implement Micro-Frontend (MFE) architectures, utilizing Module Federation to allow independent deployment and scaling of frontend modules.
   • Build performant APIs and microservices that power high-traic web and mobile applications.
   • Manage the integration and communication between disparate MFE modules to ensure a seamless, singular user experience.
2. Mobile Packaging & Distribution
   • Architect strategies for packaging these Micro-Frontend architectures into native iOS and Android builds.
   • Utilize native federation techniques and hybrid libraries to ensure that modular web components maintain a high-performance, "native feel" on mobile devices.
   • Own the end-to-end mobile release process, including managing certicates, provisioning proles, and navigating the Apple App Store and Google Play Store approval processes.
   • Optimize the bridge between the MFE shell and native mobile wrappers to ensure stability and speed.
3. AI-Driven Development (AIDLC)
   • Implement and champion AI-driven development practices within the Software Development Life Cycle (AIDLC).
   • Leverage AI tools for automated code generation, intelligent refactoring, advanced debugging, and comprehensive test suite creation.
   • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools into the team's CI/CD pipeline to reduce lead time and increase deployment frequency.
   • Mentor the team on how to eectively prompt and iterate with AI assistants to maintain high architectural standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Prociency:

• Backend: Expert-level knowledge of .NET / C# and relational/non-relational databases.
• Frontend: Proven professional experience with both Angular and React.
• Architecture: Deep understanding of Micro-Frontends and Webpack/Rspack Module Federation.
• Mobile: Hands-on experience with mobile wrapping/packaging technologies and a track record of successfully published apps in the App Store and Google Play.
• AI Tooling: Practical experience using AI agents or Copilots to accelerate the development lifecycle.

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience managing the "last mile" of mobile deployment (App Store Connect, Play Console).
• Proven track record of breaking down monoliths into modular, federated frontend architectures.
