Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of modern, responsive web applications.
• Architect and own front-end solutions, including reusable components.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs.
• Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding best practices, and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business‑critical solutions.

Experience Range:

With at least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in technical leadership roles and deep expertise in front‑end web development within AI‑augmented environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, and scalable web applications, delivering exceptional user experience and performance
• Architect and own front‑end solutions, including reusable component libraries and enterprise UI standards
• Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python, integrating seamlessly with enterprise systems
• Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding best practices, and technical decision‑making to drive engineering excellence
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business‑critical solutions

• Experience integrating front‑end applications with enterprise backend services
• Cloud‑native development experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Version control using Git and modern branching strategies
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Workspace, Cursor, or similar platforms

• Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture

Desired Qualifications:
